My Story 

Katie is a Nationally Board Certified Health & Coach. She lives in Albuquerque, New Mexico and enjoys the southwest outdoors, gardening and home cooking. Katie lives with her husband, Drew, Ellington, the mini schnauzer and 16 chickens. Katie is passionate about helping people who are ready to optimize their health through wellness, nutrition, or movement. Katie specializes in lowering inflammation, hormone health and food as medicine. 

After getting diagnosed with lupus over five years ago, I have approached healing, nutrition, movement and wellness differently. On my healing journey, I could have used the support from a health coach, but I didn't know they existed. I am currently focused on my continued goals towards health through meditation, self-care, good sleep and a whole foods diet. I am so excited to work with people who need support especially through learning about a new diagnosis or who are ready to heal!
